Scheduling and Appointment Information
To schedule an appointment for the perfect treatment, please speak with our specialist Spa reception team who will guide you to the right choice. Hotel guests can press the SPA button on the room telephone. From outside the hotel, please call 312-573-6860.
To ensure your preferred time and service are available, we recommend advanced booking.

Cancellation within 6 hours will incur a 100% charge. Parties of four or more will incur a 50% charge if cancelled within 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours.


Health Conditions
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service when making your Spa reservation.

We have specially designed treatments for expectant women and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for your during this special time.


Age Requirement
A minimum age of 18 is required for access within the Spa and for treatments, with the exception of facials (minimum age of 16 is required) and nail services (no age minimum, but children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult).


Arrival Time
You are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the exclusive facilities at the Spa. Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.


During Your Spa Visits
Ambiance
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all Spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the Spa is a mobile phone, pager and smoke free zone.

We would like to invite hotel guests to arrive at the Spa wearing the robe and slippers provided in room.

The spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit.


Facilities and Amenities
The specialized ESPA treatments care for your every need, ranging from advanced facials to hot stone therapy; from essential body massage and envelopments to Full-Day Spa Journeys.

Treatments include the use of the Spa facilities, including the steam room and relaxation lounges.


Homecare
To continue your Spa regime and experience at home, al ESPA products used in the treatments are available for purchase from the Spa Reception.


Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available – an ideal present for someone special. Please contact the Spa for details or you may purchase online.
