Personal training and fitness classes are a popular feature. These range from trainer sessions to provide workout tips and new exercises to enhance your current regime, to a range of Yoga and Pilate classes, from Peyow Pilates to Pilates Free Weights and Power Yoga. Stretch and Lengthen sessions help to increase flexibility.
