Subway
Chicago has an efficient and extensive rail network and is perhaps one of the most convenient ways to travel within the city. The “EL" short for the elevated railway, gives you a panoramic view of the city as you travel around. Different fare options and tickets are available at any of the stations.

Bus
The most popular CTA bus routes are Halsted, Madison, Clark, State, Broadway, Chicago, North, and Sheridan. Most routes run daily from every 10 to 15 minutes; while night buses, also known as the “Night Owls” runs every half an hour on some of the routes.
